1997
Foundation on Dealerships
Started in Bacolod with the supply and installation of long span roofing and thermal insulation, building early field experience in building materials, site coordination, and project execution.
1999
Manufacturing Partnership
Formed a roll-forming corporation in Panay Island in partnership with industry leader Philmetal Inc., producing long span roofing systems and strengthening our manufacturing capability.
2005
Specialized Product Diversification
Expanded into more specialized niche products under Famous Brand Intrade Sales, offering stone-coated roofing, eaves vinyl soffits, plasterglass and suspended ceiling systems, kitchen and wardrobe cabinetry, stucco exterior wall finishing, stone and engineered countertops, and related building materials.
2010
uPVC Windows & Doors
Entered the uPVC windows and doors market, expanding into higher-value architectural opening systems.
2013
Move to Metro Manila
Moved operations to Metro Manila, entering a larger market for punched aluminum windows, glass façade and curtain wall systems works, while beginning direct material importation from China.
2023
Marapara Establishment
Repositioned in Bacolod City after the pandemic, recognizing new growth opportunities and establishing Marapara Construction & Building Products Corp., focusing on Versal Windows & Doors, LEX Façade Systems for commercial projects, ISANN Modular Cabinetry, and other building product solutions.
2026
China-Based Buying Office & Social Media Marketing Platform
Launched China Pacific Bridge a manufacturing & trading company Pacific Bridge (Buying Office) and MR. GO IN CHINA (Social Media Marketing Platform) to empower Filipino buyers to import materials from China securely through sourcing, inspection, documentation, and import support.
